چکیده
One of the easiest ways to start improving quality in a hospital is through clinical audit. Clinical audit is a quality improvement process that seeks to improve patient care and outcomes. It does this through a systematic process of review or evaluation against clearly defined criteria, followed by the implementation of change. Clinical audit is something that doctors, nurses, optometrists and clinical officers can take part in; and they should be encouraged to do so.
